It certifies that that Kalile Francis was born on September 27, 1904, in Henderson, North Carolina, and baptized by missionaries from the Sacred Heart Church in Raleigh, North Carolina. It names his father as Francis Kalile and his mother as Julia Alice Zoky, both from [Sphenid?] near Beirut, Lebanon.
