Letter from Michel to his brother Georges. He sends his greetings to everyone. He tells him about the period after the elections. The two parties were obliged to make a deal because they feared the Americans. He also tells him that the economic state in Monteria is too bad. For this reason, he decided to go to Baranquilla in May. Once settled, he will send his family invitations to join him in Baranquilla in September.

رسالة من ميشال إلى أخيه جورج يرسل فيها تحياته وقبله للجميع. يخبره بأن الانتخابات جرت ولم يحصل شيء. فقد اتفق الفريقان خوفًا من تدخل الأميركيين. أما الحالة الاقتصادية فهي سيئة في مونتريا. ولهذا لقد قرر الانتقال إلى برنكيا في أيار. وهناك سوف يطلب بمجيئهم ليجتمعوا كلهم من جديد في شهر أيلول.
