رسالة من جورج سيقلي الى أخيه ميشال سيقلي يخبره فيها عن حصول خلافات بين الفدائيين والأهالي في جنوب لبنان وفي مناطق عديدة من لبنان. لا سيما أن الفدائيين انتشروا في كل لبنان وهم لا يحترمون لا قانون ولا قرار حكومي.
