"Prominent EP Surgeon Mistakenly Arrested To File Big Lawsuit"

An issue of the El Paso Journal which features Nassour. Nassour is featured in for his mistaken arrest after failure to appear in court as an expert witness in a felony rape case. Dr. Nassour told the journal he would be filing a suit for damages in excess of $1 million for false arrest, harassment, negligence, malicious persecution, and failure of the sheriff to investigate facts prior to his mistaken arrest. The Sheriff's department claimed that they had been on the search for Nassour for two months, but Nassour discusses that he was already working alongside the Sheriff's department on other rape cases, so they shouldn't have had an issue locating him.
