Alaa Jaza Oral History Conducted by John Horan and Lindsey Waldenberg

The interview covers the life story of Alaa Jaza, a Lebanese American who was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and later immigrated to the United States. The interview discusses his upbringing in a large family in Beirut, his decision to join the US Army, his military service including deployments to Iraq and Jordan, his transition to law enforcement, and his unique experience as a Lebanese American in North Carolina.
