Correspondence to Governor Carlton of Florida regarding the lynching of Henry Woods in Jasper, Hamilton County, Florida after Woods shot and killed the Jasper Chief of Police, Ira Foler. Perry Allison and Lit Cole, policement of Lake City were alleged to have participated in the lynching which ocurred in Suwannee County.
