The front of the document states that George Bon-Chakra was 16, a resident of Deir-El-Kamar, Lebanon, his destination was New York, and his father's name was Youssouf Bon-Chakra. The back of the document includes persons he was accompanied by, which included his 14 year old brother, Michael Bon-Chakra. This document was valid for one year. It contains a number of stamps.
