Description

A child labor certificate issued by the State of New Hampshire Department of Public Instruction on September 29, 1911, signed by E.W. Butterfield, Superintendent of Schools. It certifies that Eugene Rabil was born in Syria on September 12, 1895. The back of the certificate notes that Eugene was going to work at the Pacific Mills. Attached is a piece of paper with handwritten notation that Eugene Rabil was born in Hamana, Lebanon, Syria, to Mason Rabil and baptized by the priest Kuri Peter.
