Houston Shreveport Birmingham San Antonio Mob i I e Houston Nominations were in order for Chairman. Campbell was nominated by Mrs. George; seconded by Nesib Nader . Ackels was npmfnated by Al Zwan; seconded by Joseph Ashmore. A vote was taken and CAMPBELL e l ected Chai rman. A rotation system for terms of office as board members was discussed. Eddie suggested that a board member's te rm not exceed two years and that five members be replaced each year. It was the consensus of opinion that a rotation s ystem would be in the best interest of the Federation and plans for its implementation should be presented at the next board meeting. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned sine die at 10:30 P.M .
